At Active Family Chiropractic, we take great pride in providing the finest chiropractic wellness care to our patients. Below is a sampling of the different chiropractic services we offer in our Fayetteville office.
Chiropractic Care
We provide safe and gentle spinal correction utilizing a variety of chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Michelle Goldych has training and experience in adjusting people of all ages.
Pediatric Care
Kids Need Chiropractic Care Too! Chiropractic Care offers your entire family, from infants, children, teens, adults, and seniors a solid foundation for wellness that will last a lifetime. Dr. Goldych is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association. She knows safe, effective, and gentle techniques that are specific for infants and children. An adjustment for a child is so gentle, most infants sleep through their adjustments (the child in this photo is only a few hours old). If your child is having a specific health challenge, or you want them to be as healthy as possible, schedule them to have their nervous system checked by Dr. Michelle Goldych.
Webster Technique (For Pregnant Women)
Dr. Goldych is certified in Webster Technique, which is specifically designed for pregnant women. It is a safe and gentle technique for pregnant mothers. It is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that reduces interference to the nervous system and restores proper pelvic balance and function. In expecting mothers that present breech, posterior, or transverse there has been a high reported success rate of the baby turning to the normal vertex position. Because of the ever increasing physical stresses on the mother during pregnancy, their spine should be checked regularly throughout pregnancy, optimizing health benefits for both mother and baby. Chiropractic care has been reported to decrease discomfort during pregnancy, as well as allowing for safer, easier births. Go to www.icpa4kids.org for research and more information.
Corrective Exercises
We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.
Lifestyle Advice
We often find it helpful to "coach" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to maintain optimal health. Our goal is to educate every patient so they can choose to achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most. We recognize that each patient is a whole person, and helping them reach true health and wellness is a collaborate effort between our professionals and our patients.
Nutritional Counseling
We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patientīs return to optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you? Do you know how these supplements and vitamins interact with one another? Dr. Michelle Goldych can provide a structured nutritional program based on your individual needs. Dr. Goldych performs 6 health workshops per year.
